Job Description
Physician Assistant, Surgical 1st Assistant We are actively hiring for a full-time, permanent hire Physician Assistant, Surgical 1st Assistant role. This opportunity is ideal for a Physician Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being an integral part of a high-performing surgical team. You'll work closely with the Chief of Surgery, as well as Vascular and Oncology Surgeons—serving as a First Assist in the OR while also supporting patients before and after surgery in the clinical setting.
Position Responsibilities:
Act as First Assist in the operating room Support pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-up care Participate in clinic responsibilities and patient management Assist with inpatient rounding as needed Coordinate communication with referring and primary care providers to ensure seamless continuity of careBenefits:
