What You'll Do:
As a key member of the Care Team, you'll provide comprehensive primary care services under the supervision of an MD/DO, while playing a leadership role in patient care delivery.
  • Perform patient histories, physical exams, and clinical assessments
  • Diagnose conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Prescribe medications in accordance with NYS guidelines
  • Perform minor procedures and manage acute and chronic conditions
  • Review labs, imaging, and patient communications with timely follow-up
  • Coordinate referrals and ongoing care needs
  • Participate in outreach programs, quality initiatives, and team collaboration
What You Bring:
  • Active New York State PA license and DEA certification
  • Board Certified (or eligible, with certification within 18 months)
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based care
