Emergency Medicine or Ugrent Care Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner

We are looking for an APP to work a combination of Emergency Medicine and Urgent Care at Jones Memorial Hospital in Wellsville, NY. We offer 10 & 12 hour shifts.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Physician Assistant/APP to join our team! You will provide Emergency Department services while working at a low volume emergency department. This position will cover the Urgent Care Center as well.

Responsibilities:

Provide medical treatment to Emergency Department & UCC patients Develop and implement patient management plans Educate patients on overall wellness and health maintenance Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 Years of UCC/ED experience as a PA or APP Ability to build rapport with patients and staff Must be accustom to working in a fast-paced environment with limited resources Excellent written and verbal communication skills
