REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of recent outpatient or primary care experience Active NYS LPN license EPIC experience is required Current BLS Ability to float between multiple clinic locations Must live over 50 miles from Wellsville, NY

PAY PACKAGE

Weekly Gross:
