Physician Assistant

Job Summary A high-volume, collaborative private urology practice in Findlay, OH is seeking a full-time, experienced Physician Assistant (PA) to join their growing team. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance with a flexible 4 or 5-day workweek, no call responsibilities , and no weekend requirements . You will provide direct urologic care primarily in an outpatient clinic setting, working alongside skilled urologists and a dedicated clinical support team. As an organization with 501(c)(3) status, this position is also eligible for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program.

Key Responsibilities Outpatient Care:

Evaluate and manage new and established urology patients, maintaining a manageable daily volume of approximately 15-20 patients.

Clinical Support:

Perform pre-operative and post-operative assessments, follow-up visits, and assist physicians with clinic workflow and procedural preparation.

Patient Education:

Counsel and educate patients regarding urological procedures, medications, and individualized treatment plans.

Documentation:

Utilize advanced Cerner/Oracle Health EMR and integrated AI-assisted clinical documentation tools. Inpatient Rounding (Optional): Conduct occasional inpatient hospital rounding for additional stipend incentives (with zero call expectations).

Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:

$120,000 - $140,000 annually (depending on experience)

Productivity-based bonus opportunities + additional stipend incentives

Schedule Flexibility:

Choose between a 4-day or 5-day workweek (Day shift, Monday-Friday, approx. 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

Work-Life Balance:

No call, no weekends

Loan Forgiveness:

Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)

Job Requirements Education/Certification:

Board Certified by the NCCPA (Required)

Licensure:

Active Ohio PA license, or willing/eligible to obtain (Required)

Experience:

Prior experience in Urology, Gynecology, or Hospitalist care (Required) .

This position is not open to new graduates; clinical experience is required.

Prescriptive Authority:

Active DEA license (must be obtained prior to start date) (Required)

Background:

Clean malpractice and license history; active National Practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) Self-Query report.

Citizenship:

Full-time availability; visa sponsorship (J1/H1B) is not available for this role.

Pay:

$120,616.23 - $140,559.33 per year
