In this role, you will provide high-quality care by identifying, evaluating, and managing acute and chronic healthcare issues. You will work collaboratively with our medical staff to ensure a seamless experience for our patients through consultations and education.
Key Responsibilities Patient Care :
Diagnose and treat prolonged, chronic, and acute healthcare issues.
Collaboration :
Communicate effectively with the medical team regarding consultations, referrals, and integrated treatment plans.
Education :
Empower patients and their families by providing clear guidance on preventive care, medical conditions, and proper medication management.
Documentation :
Maintain accurate, comprehensive, and legible medical records in accordance with state regulatory standards.
Qualifications Licensure :
Active Ohio license as a Physician Assistant (or eligible to obtain).
Certifications :
Active DEA license and BLS certification (through the American Heart Association).
Experience :
