We are a longstanding democratic group currently covering two emergency departments in the Pacific Northwest. In our group, PAs have a level of practice autonomy based on your experience and clinical judgement. We have full-time, on-site supervision by attending emergency physicians, allowing PAs to see higher acuity cases and perform advanced procedures when appropriate.
