We are a longstanding democratic group currently covering two emergency departments in the Pacific Northwest. In our group, PAs have a level of practice autonomy based on your experience and clinical judgement. We have full-time, on-site supervision by attending emergency physicians, allowing PAs to see higher acuity cases and perform advanced procedures when appropriate. EEP offers competitive compensation, a sign on bonus and a robust benefits package including PTO , quarterly productivity bonuses, CME allowance, scrub allowance, malpractice insurance, cell phone reimbursement, full health and dental coverage for you and your family (including up to $5,000 out of pocket medical expense reimbursement), and a generous employer contribution of 20% contribution to your 401(k) retirement plan (Approx $25,000 per year). Initial total compensation and retirement contributions approx $150,000+ and is based on your experience. During your first year with EEP, full time is 15 ten-hour shifts per month. In your second and subsequent years, full time is decreased to 13 ten-hour shifts per month, with opportunities to add shifts if desired. Your salary will increase in the second and third years of employment. Additional compensation includes a quarterly RVU based productivity bonus. We also offer the opportunity to decrease shifts, should you desire, after tenure thresholds are met. Riverbend Hospital is a Level II trauma center and a regional referral center with over 80,000 visits per year. Cottage Grove Medical Center is a critical access hospital approximately 30 minutes from Eugene.
