Job Description
Join this highly reputable, high-volume private practice located in a scenic southern mountain community in Oregon, an outdoors enthusiast's dream destination! This established private practice is seeking a BE/BC Physician Assistant to join their growing team. The group is comprised of 6 orthopedic surgeons, 5 first-assist PAs, a podiatrist, experienced surgical staff, and dedicated administrative staff.
Opportunity:
- PAs are trained by all the surgeons for variability in cases and for cross-coverage purposes (total joint, foot and ankle, sports medicine, etc.)
- 4-day work week
- 3 days per week in clinic, 1 OR day, and 1 admin day
- $180,000 Earning Potential
- $117,000
- 160,000 Guaranteed Base Salary depending on experience plus $21,120 Call Stipend
- Ability to earn additional income if chose to work 4 days in clinic
