Working under the supervision of our attending doctors, you will diagnose and treat patients with allergies, asthma, and immune system disorders. We rely on your strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and commitment to collaborative care to ensure our practice runs smoothly, and our patients receive the highest standard of treatment. Pay is a base salary (shown) with additional earning potential, monthly bonus based upon production. Full or part time options.. Core Clinical Responsibilities
•
Patient Evaluation:
Conduct thorough patient exams, take detailed medical histories, gather information on current symptoms, and perform comprehensive physical evaluations to establish correct diagnoses.

Diagnostic Testing:
Order and perform appropriate diagnostic testing, including skin prick tests, patch tests, lung function tests, bloodwork, and imaging.

Treatment Management:
Develop and manage comprehensive care plans. This includes prescribing medications, managing immunotherapy (allergy shots), and overseeing oral treatments.

Patient Monitoring:
Diligently monitor patient progress over time and make timely, necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their response to therapies.

Patient Education:
Instruct patients and their families on allergen avoidance, medication use, lifestyle changes, and self-care techniques to complement their treatment.

Record Keeping:
Maintain highly accurate, up-to-date patient records and document all care thoroughly in the electronic health record (EHR) system.

Referrals:
Identify when a patient's needs exceed our scope and refer them to appropriate outside specialists as needed. Teamwork & Collaboration

Work seamlessly alongside supervising allergists, fellow physicians, and nursing staff to prescribe and administer treatments.

Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally and effectively with patients, their families, and all medical providers.
