Part-Time Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner Location:
2607 Keiser Blvd, Wyomissing, PA 19610 Keystone Spine and Pain Management is seeking a motivated Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our orthopaedic spine surgery practice on a part-time basis. Our practice provides comprehensive, high-level care for complex spinal disorders of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine, including degenerative conditions, deformity, trauma, and revision surgery. Position Overview This is an office-based clinical role with flexible scheduling. The advanced practitioner will evaluate and manage patients with spinal conditions under appropriate physician oversight while maintaining a degree of independent clinical decision-making. There is no surgical or operating room component to this position. The position includes one night of overnight telephone-based call every two weeks; there are no hospital or emergency room call responsibilities. Responsibilities Independent evaluation and management of patients with neck and back disorders in the office setting Ordering and interpreting diagnostic studies Developing and coordinating treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician Performing office-based procedures as credentialed Patient education, follow-up care, and coordination with referring providers Qualifications Graduate of an accredited PA or NP program with current Pennsylvania licensure (or eligibility) Prior experience in orthopaedic surgery, neurosurgery, physical medicine and rehabilitation, or pain management is preferred but not required Knowledge of office-based musculoskeletal injections and diagnostic ultrasound is a plus Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and ability to work both independently and collaboratively What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule with minimal call obligation A collegial, physician-led practice environment focused on complex spine care Opportunity to develop specialized expertise in spinal disorders Competitive compensation commensurate with experience How to Apply Interested candidates should submit a CV and cover letter to
