Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with psychiatric experience to join our growing practice on a part-time basis. This provider will deliver high-quality outpatient psychiatric care, including psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and follow-up appointments for patients across the lifespan. This is an in-person position only at our clinic in The Woodlands, Texas. Remote and hybrid work arrangements are not available. The schedule consists of two days per week on a rotating weekday schedule: Week 1: Monday & Thursday Week 2: Tuesday & Friday This rotation repeats on an ongoing basis. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments. Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health conditions using evidence-based practices. Develop individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and monitor psychiatric medications in accordance with licensure and scope of practice. Provide ongoing medication management and follow-up care. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, medications, and treatment plans. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant electronic medical records. Collaborate with physicians and clinic staff to provide exceptional patient care. Maintain compliance with all state, federal, and professional practice standards. Qualifications Current, unrestricted Texas APRN license with

PMHNP-BC

certification or current, unrestricted Texas Physician Assistant license. Current DEA registration and Texas prescribing authority. Minimum of one (1) year of outpatient psychiatric experience as a PMHNP or Physician Assistant is required. Excellent clinical assessment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
