Prescribes pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies as appropriate. Demonstrates evidence-based practice. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of standards of practice in the specialty. Assesses the learning needs of patients and families across the continuum. Employs strategies, interventions and teaching to promote, maintain, and improve health. Provides comprehensive health assessments, formulates differential diagnoses, and prescribes treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease. Promotes wellness and preventative health in the outpatient setting. Works autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants. Positively contributes to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience. Participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of service line goals. Supports the strategic plan of the organization. Adheres to all Endeavor Health policies and procedures. APP will see new pts, established pts, walk ins, etc. If an APP has specific procedures that might be done the office will work to ensure supplies and ability to do so are completed.
Hourly Pay Range:
$56.44•$70.58•The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights Position:

Hybrid role: approximately 70% in-person and 30% remote Sign-On Bonus Eligible for experienced candidates Job Description Exciting opportunity to join Endeavor Health in the Family Medicine Department. Under the direction of the collaborating physician(s), provides care to patients. Obtains detailed history and performs physical examinations, orders imaging, lab tests and diagnostic procedures and interprets results. Instructs patients on the prescribed therapeutic regimen. Maintains records and writes progress notes on status, treatments and procedures.
