Physician Assistant (certified) Washington licensed (required); Oregon or Montana licensure a plus Credentialed with insurances a plus! Comfortable with telehealth (ability to be in-office in Bellevue a plus!) Comfortable with general medicine as well as sleep medicine

We are looking for a Mid-Level Provider to join our dynamic group, working across both WISH (Wellness Institute for Sleep and Health) and Sleep and Health Medicine
- one clinical team, two practices. An interested, coachable, and hardworking Physician Assistant will help us serve our broad patient base. As a specialty clinic in Sleep Medicine, we leverage technology to the benefit of our patients as well as our team! This role is primarily telemedicine

The field of Sleep Medicine is an often unexplored frontier, and our patients benefit from a warm and friendly guide through their journey to sleeping better. In addition to empathy and compassion, a continued thirst for knowledge and dedication to improvement are required. A typical day involves seeing patients, appropriate documentation, and any ancillary paperwork (forms related to the patient visit, data review, etc.). Periodic internal meetings for administrative information, clinical education, and practice updates are also held to connect and inform our team. By its very nature, the field allows us a more relaxed, fun, and friendly atmosphere amongst ourselves and with our patients. We want someone who can enjoy and bring an element of levity. We expect to treat each other and our patients with the highest level of respect and professionalism while ensuring we can all end our day with a smile or laugh! While some experience is preferred, it is not necessary for the right candidate who is willing to learn. New or recent graduates are welcome! Duties Conduct thorough virtual and in-person patient assessments including physical examinations, vital signs, and medical history reviews to inform diagnosis and treatment plans. Manage sleep disorders such as insomnia, sleep apnea, narcolepsy, restless leg syndrome, and more. Comfort in evaluating and managing patients of all ages (infant through geriatric). Utilize eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation of patient encounters, medical records, and data collection. Order appropriate and applicable laboratory tests, radiology reports, and diagnostic studies. Provide excellent and detailed patient education on health coaching topics including medication adherence, disease management, and preventive care strategies. Particular focus will be made for sleep hygiene and sleep training/coaching. Discuss cases with supervising physician. Be active, interested, and enthusiastic striving for excellence every day! Skills Proficiency with eClinicalWorks for documentation and data management. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, ICD coding, CPT coding for procedures, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Experience with sleep medicine including interpretation of sleep studies, PAP management, medication management, and behavioral interventions and techniques. Familiarity with telehealth platforms to provide remote patient consultations effectively. Knowledge of medical coding systems for billing purposes; experience with CPT coding is preferred. Capable of managing diverse patient populations across geriatrics and pediatrics. Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration.
