Physician Assistant Houston Cancer Treatment Centers - 4.4 Houston, TX Job Details Full-time | Contract From $130,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Flexible schedule Qualifications BLS Certification Clinic experience Outpatient Master's degree Bachelor's degree Physician Assistant License PA-C Full Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our growing Multi-specialty Houston Cancer Treatment Centers. The candidate should have an interest in the inpatient (hospital) with outpatient/clinic assistance. The physician assistant rotates monthly from inpatient to clinic to get a wide range of experience in the southeast Houston area. The physician assistant will work under supervision of a Hematology/Oncology physician with the primary focus being cancer care, hematologic care and some Pain and Palliative Care. The PA will be responsible for rounding on new consult's as well as follow-up patients daily in the assigned hospital. The PA will be responsible for working directly with the physician regarding patient care. A $10,000 sign-on / Relocation bonus is available, if applicable. • Hospital credentialing will take anywhere from 30-60 days, so first 2-3 months tentatively will be training in the clinic setting with our MD's and PA's •
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm Every third weekend on call Holiday coverage (on call) as you will be alternating holiday coverage with the other physician assistant's in our practiceSkills:
