  • $165,000 based on functional medicine experience Practice medicine the way you always wanted to VitaLife Longevity Medicine is a growing cash-pay, membership-based direct primary care and functional medicine clinic in the White Mountains of Arizona.
No insurance billing. No 15-minute visit grind. No RVU quotas. Just real time with patients and medicine that actually gets to the root cause. We're looking for a PA or NP who is ready to slow down, dig deeper, and build lasting relationships with a panel of patients who actually want to be here. What you'll do See membership patients for primary care, functional medicine, and preventive longevity care with generous appointment times Develop root-cause treatment plans using advanced lab work and functional medicine principles Support our hormone optimization (BHRT) and medical weight loss programs Collaborate with a small, tight-knit team in a clinic built by a clinician, for clinicians Help shape new service lines as we grow, including aesthetics and regenerative medicine Who we're looking for Licensed PA or NP in Arizona (or eligible) Strong clinical foundation and a genuine curiosity about root-cause medicine Functional medicine experience or training is a plus Hormone therapy and weight loss education experience are a bonus Most importantly: the right mindset.
