Experienced Physician Assistant needed for Cardiothoracic Surgery position in Rock Hill, SC

Join a thriving CT team in a great location! Piedmont Medical Center is seeking a full-time Physician Assistant to join its Cardiothoracic Surgery team in Rock Hill. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a highly cohesive and collaborative surgical team dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular care across the continuum. You will be joining a team of two experienced cardiac surgeons and three advanced practice providers who share responsibilities to support a balanced and sustainable schedule. This role offers a mix of operative and inpatient care, making it ideal for a provider who enjoys both surgical first assist responsibilities and hands-on patient management. Position Highlights Full-time role with a mix of OR first assist, inpatient care, and perioperative management Collaborative team environment with shared responsibilities supporting strong work-life balance Call rotation of 1:4 with involvement in ICU and step-down patient care Endovascular Vein Harvesting is required Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive base salary Call pay in addition to base compensation Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off and CME allowance Malpractice coverage Piedmont Medical Center
