EMR:

Cerner (per Order notes) Required Qualifications Residency completed in EM, FM, or IM (per Order notes) Active unrestricted Texas medical license and DEA with Texas address and schedules (per Order notes) Board certification required. Board certified EM or FM (per Order notes) For FM or IM board certified providers: ATLS, ACLS, and PALS required (per Order notes) Case logs required for the past 12 months (per Order notes) Credentialing and Onboarding Items (must be provided) Core privileges listed on DOPs (per Order notes)
