About the Job Outpatient Physician Assistant Opportunity•El Paso, TX A well-established outpatient practice in El Paso, Texas is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join its growing team. This is a full-time, Monday through Friday position offering a predictable schedule and strong work-life balance in a supportive clinical environment. We are looking for a Spanish-speaking (medical proficiency required) provider who is comfortable caring for a diverse patient population and values clear, culturally competent communication. Outpatient Compensation:
$110,000 annually•negotiable

Clinical Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and physical examinations Diagnose and treat acute and chronic conditions Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physician Order and interpret diagnostic tests and labs Provide patient education on disease prevention, medications, and wellness strategies Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records
Qualifications:
Licensed Physician Assistant in the state of Texas (or eligible) Bilingual in Spanish with medical fluency required Strong clinical assessment and patient communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team-based model Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care
