Job Description

Overview Hospital medicine relies on strong collaboration, efficient workflows, and team-based care—the right environment makes that sustainable. At USACS, care teams are fully supported, appropriately staffed, and structured so APPs can focus on patient care without unnecessary administrative burden. We're adding a Hospitalist Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to our team at Ascension Seton Hays in Kyle, Texas.
Practice Highlights:
Signing Bonuses up to $10,000 available!
Daily Encounters:
27 7-on / 7-off schedule Swing shift schedule (11 AM - 11 PM) Collaborative Physician and APP team model Closed ICU with intensivist support
EMR:
Cerner May qualify for the PSLF program through USACS partnership eligibility What your practice will look like: You'll work in a structured hospitalist program with strong Physician and APP collaboration. The model supports efficient workflows, defined roles, and team-based care, allowing for consistent, high-quality inpatient care across a diverse patient population.

Ascension Seton Hays is the largest medical campus in Hays County, serving one of the fastest-growing regions in Texas, including Kyle, Buda, and south Austin. The hospital offers advanced specialty care and continues to expand to meet growing community demand.
