AM Position Overview:

Baylor Scott & White Medical Center

Lakeway is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our Intensivist team.

This is a night-shift only position with a highly manageable patient volume and strong ICU physician collaboration. The ideal candidate will thrive in an autonomous role and be committed to delivering high-quality critical care.

Position Highlights:

Nights-only schedule: 7 days on / 14days off (7 PM
7 AM)
Manageable patient load in a supportive and collaborative ICU environment
Work autonomously alongside a well-established team

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in an acute care or critical care setting preferred
Strong clinical judgment and independent decision-making ability

CERTIFICATION/LICENSE/REGISTRATION

Physician Assistants (PA) ACLS (ACLS): Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 30 days of hire or transfer.
