Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history reviews and physical examinations focused on dermatological conditions. Diagnose skin, hair, and nail disorders utilizing advanced clinical evaluation. techniques and medical imaging tools in patients of all ages. Develop personalized treatment plans incorporating evidence-based practices and emerging dermatological therapies such as botulinum toxin treatments. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals across specialties including family medicine, plastic surgery, and pathology to ensure holistic patient care. Manage electronic health records (EHR systems) accurately, documenting clinical findings, treatment plans, and follow-up instructions in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Perform minor procedures such as biopsies (shave, punch, excision), ED/C, cryotherapy and other office-based dermatologic procedures, while maintaining strict aseptic techniques. Educate patients on skin health maintenance, preventive care strategies, and post-treatment care to optimize outcomes. Stay current with advancements in dermatology and related fields such as immunology, oncology, and minimally invasive cosmetic procedures through ongoing research and professional development. Post-residency experience in dermatology with demonstrated proficiency in clinical diagnosis and patient management.
