About the Position You will work directly alongside Dr. Harrison Nguyen, an internationally recognized dermatologist, Mohs surgeon, clinical researcher, educator, and health economist. Through structured mentorship, you will receive comprehensive training in: Medical dermatology Dermatologic surgery and procedural dermatology Cosmetic dermatology Clinical research and investigational therapeutics Evidence-based patient care Leadership and professional development Our goal is not simply to hire another provider. We are looking to develop a future leader in dermatology. What You'll Do Provide exceptional dermatologic care while working collaboratively with our physician-led clinical team. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a broad spectrum of dermatologic diseases. Perform office-based dermatologic procedures as training progresses. Participate in industry-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical research studies. Contribute to patient education and outstanding patient experiences. Continue developing clinical expertise through ongoing mentorship, education, and hands-on learning. Help foster a positive, collaborative, and compassionate culture throughout the practice. Character, work ethic, and a commitment to excellence are far more important than previous dermatology experience. Required Qualifications Graduate (or upcoming graduate) of an accredited Physician Assistant program Eligible for or currently holding Texas PA licensure NCCPA certification (or eligible upon graduation) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing outstanding patient care Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Spanish Prior experience in dermatology or procedural medicine Interest in clinical research or academic medicine Our Commitment to You We believe in investing heavily in our people.
