4.5-Day Workweek | No Nights, Weekends or Call | Private Practice Beyond Women's Healthcare is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our well-established OB/GYN practice in The Woodlands, TX . Our patient-centered private practice offers comprehensive obstetric and gynecologic care within a highly supportive, collaborative environment focused on educating, supporting, and empowering women throughout every stage of life. Practice Highlights Primarily outpatient women's health and OB/GYN with some inpatient rounding Full-time 4.5-day workweek with Friday afternoons off ; no nights, weekends, or call Comprehensive clinical scope including well-woman care, prenatal and postpartum visits, contraception management, menopause care, problem GYN visits, and in-office procedures Dedicated MA support + experienced clinical and administrative team Competitive guaranteed base salary + bonus opportunities Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with 4% match, PTO, CME, malpractice coverage, and moreQualifications:
