Position Summary:
Our busy Pain Management Practice in Salem is looking to hire a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.
Essential Job Functions:
  • Provides medical care and treatment to patients under direction of supervising physician.
  • Performs physical exams, collects and documents data, orders imaging and laboratory studies, prescribes medication, assists in surgery, and prescribes appropriate interventions.
  • Compiles patient medical data, including health history and results of physical examination.
  • Collaborates with the supervising physician in managing acute and long-term medical needs of patients.
  • Ability to manage a busy clinic schedule.
  • Displays willingness to make decisions and exhibits sound and accurate judgment.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Successful completion of National Certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Must hold licensure/certification as required by the state of Utah and DEA number as well.
Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
