We are seeking a Women's Health Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our premier, physician-owned private practice in Alexandria to deliver comprehensive, high-quality OB-GYN care within a thriving, growing private practice. Operating as an autonomous and equal provider alongside our physicians, the incoming Advanced Practice Provider (APP) will focus on building a dedicated patient panel, establishing long-term continuity of care, and managing everything from routine wellness to specialized gynecological visits. The practice features a structured 4-week onboarding ramp-up period to ensure a smooth transition, with strong administrative, nursing, and medical assistant support integrated directly into your daily workflow.Position Highlights Comprehensive Outpatient Care:
Full scope office-based OB-GYN care including annual well-woman exams, acute and chronic GYN problem visits, procedures, birth control counseling, and routine prenatal care. No hospital or call responsibilities.Premier Clinical Support:
Work alongside a close-knit and tenured team of 4 physicians with a 1:1 MA-to-provider ratio, plus a dedicated clinical RN who manages medication refills, prior authorizations, and inbox flow. Phlebotomist and Ultrasonographer on-site.Compensation and Benefits:
