Monday-Friday (8:30 AM to 5 PM) Job Summary A popular and successful ENT practice in the Fredericksburg, Virginia area is actively seeking a skilled Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join their growing team. This is a premier opportunity to join a stable group that already includes experienced ENT APPs, Audiologists, and robust clinical support staff.
Key Responsibilities Clinical Care:
Provide evaluation and management for the full spectrum of Ear, Nose, and Throat (Otolaryngology) disorders in an outpatient clinic setting.
Procedures:
Perform in-office clinical procedures, including flexible laryngoscopy and nasal endoscopy .
Collaboration:
Work alongside board-certified Otolaryngologists and a supportive team of APPs and Audiologists.
Stability:
No on-call obligations and no surgical duties Schedule & Work-Life Balance Monday -
Friday:
8:30 AM to 5 PM No Nights, No Weekends 100% Outpatient (No Hospital Rounding)
Qualifications Experience:
Previous experience in Otolaryngology (ENT) as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner is preferred, however candidates with experience in relevant specialties (Urgent Care, Primary Care, Emergency Medicine) are also strongly encouraged to apply. Recent graduate PAs and NPs with an interest in ENT and ties to the northern Virginia area and also encouraged to apply!
Licensure:
Current Virginia Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License (or eligibility to obtain).
Certifications:
Active DEA License.
Skills:
Proficiency with EMR systems and strong clinical procedural skills.
