May serve as the primary healthcare provider, in consultation with a part-time physician, in communities with limited health care resources.

Qualifications:

Active and unrestricted license as a Physician's Assistant (RPA-C). Clinical experience and knowledge of psychiatry/mental health is required. Experience in psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and treatment planning. Strong understanding of mental health disorders and treatment modalities.

Responsibilities:

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR systems.
