We are seeking standout, driven, and intellectually curious PAs who take pride in mastery and want to practice at the highest level. Responsibilities Comprehensive evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for spine patients in the office Interpretation of advanced imaging (X-ray, MRI, CT, nuclear medicine, labs) High-level patient education using imaging, models, and individualized counseling First-assist responsibilities in complex spinal procedures, including discectomy, disc replacement, spinal fusion, instrumentation, detailed anatomic dissection, and wound closure Participation in technologically advanced spine surgery incorporating robotics, augmented reality, and AI-driven planning and execution Direct patient communication, including daily follow-up and care coordination Medication management with thoughtful, evidence-based prescribing Preventative care and education related to musculoskeletal health and osteoporosis Active collaboration within a multidisciplinary, high-performing team (spine surgery, regenerative medicine, physiatry, neurology, and anesthesia pain management) Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program NCCPA certification Active Virginia PA license (or eligibility) Exceptional interpersonal skills and professional maturity Ability to thrive in a high-acuity environment with strong clinical standards and team-based support A genuine commitment to excellence in patient care This role is ideal for a Physician Assistant who: Wants more than a "job" Values culture, mentorship, and growth Seeks meaningful responsibility and impact Is motivated to practice at the top of the profession We are thoughtful about building our team and invest heavily in those who join us.
