Provide urgent care services, including minor procedures and diagnostics Perform procedures such as suturing, I&D, splinting, and joint reduction Interpret X-rays and EKGs; assist with point-of-care testing Manage common outpatient conditions and acute injuries Document clinical encounters accurately in Epic EMR Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure timely patient careWhat You Need:
Active PA license in Virginia Minimum 3 years of urgent care or outpatient experience proficiency in procedures like suturing, I&D, splinting, and X-ray interpretation Strong communication and patient management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team About theAssignment:
