• + Join a team of 3 Urologists and 1 APC Urologist + Access to two XI DaVinci Robots + Surgical cases performed at Everett, Edmonds and Arlington ASCs; inpatient care at Providence + Flexible scheduling options, including a 4-day workweek + Shared community call with Providence (1:6, moving to 1:8 when fully staffed) + 20-28 patient visits per day on average + 14 procedure patients per day + Appointment templates: 30 min for new visits / 15 min for follow-ups + Epic EMR with

1 MA support; RNs float between providers and manage chemo/injections + General Urology practice serving all sexes

• + General Urology for both men and women + Procedures include nephrectomy, urinary diversions, and endourology + Sub-specialization not available-must be open to a broad range of cases
• Primary Responsibilities

Required Qualifications:

• + Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) program + Current national certification as NP (ANCC or AANP) or PA (NCCPA) + Unrestricted Washington State license as NP or PA, or ability to obtain prior to employment + Current BLS certification

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Experience in an ASC environment + Prior experience in urology or related surgical specialty Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $110,000 - $166,500.

Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
