Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-5:00 PM, with rotating Saturdays About the Role We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join a growing private rheumatology practice and state-of-the-art infusion center. As the practice continues expanding to multiple locations, you'll work alongside an experienced, collaborative team of rheumatologists and advanced practice providers dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient care. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated PA who enjoys building long-term patient relationships while practicing in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Following the training period, this position includes 4 days in clinic and 1 day of Telehealth per week. Key Responsibilities Obtain comprehensive patient histories and perform physical examinations. Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients in collaboration with supervising physicians. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans. Order, interpret, and review laboratory tests, imaging, and other diagnostic studies. Prescribe and manage medications in accordance with Washington State regulations. Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and disease management. Conduct infusion suite follow-up visits, providing patient education and ongoing support. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care. Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation, including progress notes, treatment plans, billing documentation, and other required records.
