Job Description

FHC is located in the beautiful Okanogan Valley. We are close to the scenic Cascade Loop, and you can find various outdoor activities, including biking, hiking, snowboarding, skiing, fishing, boating, and much more. FHC serves Okanogan County and parts of Douglas County. We operate six medical clinics, two pharmacies, four dental clinics, and two mobile units, serving a rural population of close to 44,000. Our medical clinics provide a full range of high-quality healthcare services, from treating immediate health issues to ongoing care for chronic or multiple conditions, with a focus on preventive care and screening exams.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY
The Physician Assistant's primary job function is to provide comprehensive primary care services for the patients of FHC with physician supervision. Job performance is evaluated through direct observation, consultation, and written documents.Qualifications:
Physician Assistant Certification. WA License or the ability to obtain a WA license. DEA certificate. Great peer references and in good standing. Approved for credentialing with health plans, Medicare, Medicaid. Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred but not required We are proud to be a National Health Service Corps (NHSC) site.
