Chicago About Position:
Seeking a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to join a Counseling Care team In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health care to patients in an outpatient setting seeing 10-12 adult patients per day. You will enjoy a great deal of practice autonomy, with support to reduce the burden of non-clinical responsibility from our physician and operations leaders to ensure your success, as well as competitive salary and benefitsSchedule:
5 days a week, No call, No weekendsResponsibilities:
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Provide psychopharmacology services, including medication management and monitoring.
