Practice independently within a supportive, collaborative model designed to reduce fragmented care & unnecessary external referrals Evaluate & manage a wide range of medical gastroenterology & digestive disorders, including chronic GI symptoms, functional bowel disease, & systemic conditions w/ gastrointestinal involvement Work closely w/ rheumatology, endocrinology, allergy/immunology, & dermatology colleagues to co manage complex, multisystem patients Practice in an environment that emphasizes gut health & the gut microbiome as a key driver of systemic disease, rather than isolated symptom treatment Flexible 3-5 day workweek w/ no evenings/weekends & very light call Guaranteed 2 year base, targeted at the MGMA 75th-100th%, $148K-$165K+, offering stability & long term upside w/o RVU pressure Living in
