As a joint venture partner with Advocate Health in Aurora BayCare Medical Center , a leading 167-bed tertiary care hospital in Green Bay, Wisconsin, BayCare Clinic benefits from a strong referral network, advanced resources, and a reputation for exceptional patient care. Opportunity Highlights 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts 1,728 annual contract hours Up to 3 holiday shifts per year Up to 26 weekend days annually, with most providers averaging 15 to 20 Competitive compensation package Annual retention bonus Annual wRVU incentive bonus Malpractice insurance coverage provided Annual CME allowance Supportive and collaborative physician-led environment Qualifications Required PA Certification Eligible for Wisconsin licensure or currently licensed in Wisconsin Preferred Previous Emergency Medicine experience Experience practicing within a Level II or Level III Trauma Center Strong clinical decision-making and procedural skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Why Green Bay?
