Job Description

Physician Assistant - Dermatology We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physician Assistant to join our growing dermatology team. This position is ideal for a PA with 3-5 years of dermatology experience who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative and fast-paced clinical environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical and procedural skills, excellent patient communication, and a passion for dermatology.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations. Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and other acute and chronic skin disorders. Perform dermatologic procedures including biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, electrodessication and curettage, and other in-office procedures within scope of practice. Develop individualized treatment plans and prescribe medications in collaboration with supervising dermatologists. Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, preventive skin care, and long-term management strategies. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation within the electronic health record (EHR) system. Collaborate closely with physicians, medical assistants, Mohs staff, and administrative personnel to ensure efficient and high-quality patient care. Stay current with developments in dermatology through continuing education and professional development.
Qualifications:
Current and valid Physician Assistant license. PA-C certification required. 3-5 years of dermatology experience strongly preferred. Strong clinical judgment and procedural competency in dermatology. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and documentation abilities. Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems. Willingness to commute to Laramie, Wyoming and Windsor, Colorado. Willingness and ability to relocate to Northern Colorado or Southern Wyoming.
Work Location:
In-person (based in Loveland and Windsor, Colorado, and Laramie, Wyoming).
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary:
$130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year, depending on experience and productivity. Comprehensive health insurance. 401(k) plan. Paid time off and 6 paid holidays each year. CME allowance and professional development opportunities. Supportive and collaborative work environment.
