As a Regional House OB, you'll have the freedom to create your own schedule, choosing shifts across welcoming Southern communities while still earning a full-time income for part-time work. This isn't traditional locums. It's a new way to practice. You'll join a select team of OBs supporting trusted community hospitals across Alabama, Mississippi, and Tennessee or Texas and Oklahoma (covering one facility at a time). Enjoy the best of both worlds: stability, flexibility, and adventure, all in one role. Position Highlights Design your own schedule-work when and how often you want Cover one facility at a time (no juggling multiple hospitals) Regions available: Region 1: Alabama (2 hospitals), Mississippi (1), Tennessee (1) Region 2: Texas (1), Oklahoma (1) Earn full-time pay with flexible, part-time availability Ideal for OBs looking to step back from full-time practice without stepping away from patient care Practice Environment Supportive, team-based hospital settings focused on collaboration and patient safety Modern labor and delivery suites with advanced fetal monitoring technology Highly skilled nursing teams and experienced anesthesia support Work within friendly, well-organized hospitals that appreciate visiting physicians Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive per-shift compensation Travel and lodging covered (when applicable) Comprehensive professional liability coverage Flexible scheduling to maintain work-life balance Affiliation with a nationally recognized health system Candidate Requirements MD or DO with Board Certification in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for medical licensure in AL, MS, TN, TX, or OK Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ideal for independent, adaptable physicians who value clinical variety and autonomy Strong commitment to patient-centered, compassionate care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Why Our Community?
