Job Description

We are seeking a Pulmonary Critical Care Physician for a 5-day assignment with our client in Alabama, starting Sep 17, 2026. This role involves a 24-hour call schedule out of house, focusing on critical care in the ED setting. Responsibilities include managing patients with pulmonary diseases, internal medicine conditions, cardiac arrest, sepsis, and performing various critical care procedures for pre- and post-operative cases. Responsibilities and Duties Seeing patients in the ED/Critical Care setting with focus on Pulmonary Disease and Internal Medicine Managing cardiac arrest/failure, respiratory arrest/failure, sepsis, metabolic disorders, renal failure, OD/Poisoning, drowning etc. Pre- and post-operative general, vascular, orthopedic, neuro, and cardio/thoracic cases Performing required and preferred critical care and pulmonary procedures
