Job Description
We are looking for a PT Physician in our Birmingham Bio-Natural Hormone Replacement Clinic. Clinic hours are M-Fri 8:30-5:00 with Wed clinic closing at noon (Provider hours are flexible and there is not a requirement for this role to be in clinic for specific days/times as our NPs handle daily oversight). The successful candidate will be responsible for: collaborating with NPs and clinic staff; providing patient education; performing/overseeing history and physicals on initial intakes and annual renewals; verifying potential clients who are candidates for therapy; overseeing dosing of patients in accordance with protocols; conducting/overseeing hormone replacement therapy procedures; coordinating with medical and consultant staff; performing telephone consults with existing patients; and electronic charting.
