Job Description

Pain Management Opportunity in Alabama You've built your skill set-now step into a high-volume interventional Pain Medicine role with strong APP support and a clear path to grow your procedural mix. This is a physician-forward practice model designed to keep you focused on interventions, not administrative drag.
Specialty:
Pain Management. Practice Overview You'll join an established, multi-site pain practice with primary needs (east of Birmingham) Robust APP infrastructure at each site to support follow-ups and clinic flow; dedicated clinical staff help handle required physician scripting This practice features a fully operational 1-room procedure suite; and the second location is positioned for a new procedure suite build-out once a dedicated physician is secured Procedures emphasize in-office interventions (RFA, stim trials, kyphoplasty) with select implants/PNS/MILD/Intracept/SIJ performed at local facilities as needed Schedule Monday-Friday schedule with a target mix of 3 procedure days and 2 clinic days (option to scale toward 4 procedure days based on comfort and support) Clinic volume typically 22-25 patients/day (new + established) Procedure volume commonly 28-32 cases per procedure day in the 1-room suite, with physicians maintaining pace without routinely working late No Call Compensation & Benefits Base salary starting at $350,000 with flexibility Production incentive Time off and
