General Surgery Alabama Join a community hospital serving South Central Alabama on the shores of the Alabama River and build a busy general surgery practice with strong regional referrals and limited local competition. Highlights Guaranteed base salary Negotiable wRVU productivity bonus Sign-on bonus negotiable up to $75,000 Relocation assistance Student loan assistance available Retention bonus J-1 visa sponsorship available Practice Join an established surgical program with one employed surgeon Broad case mix including bread-and-butter general surgery, minimally invasive surgery, and endoscopy No case restrictions Schedule Flexible call schedule with a minimum of 10 call days per month Dedicated OR block time available every weekday Six operating rooms with additional OR access as needed Benefits PTO CME allowance Malpractice with tail coverage 403(b) retirement plan with employer match Licensing and credentialing reimbursement Qualifications Board Certified/Board Eligible General Surgeon J-1 visa sponsorship available
