Job Description

(Physician/MD qualifications required) Psychiatry (General) - Adult Psychiatrist - Bentonville, Arkansas We are seeking an Adult Psychiatrist for a Behavioral Health facility in Bentonville, AR. The base salary range is $300,000 per annum and there is an option to work a 4|10s for 5|8s schedule Monday through Friday (8am-5pm). The on-call rotation is one night per week and 1 in 6 weekends. The daily volume is between 12-15 patients. Average LOS is 5-7 days for acute patients. 1-3 new evals and discharges | day which is included in the daily volume numbers above. Currently the facility has 2 FT Psychiatrists and 1 FT Addiction Medicine Physician. 1 PT C|A Psychiatrist and 3 FT PMHNPs. They also have an APRN team that covers Medical H&PS.
