Mohs Surgeon

$700K plus productivity bonus Rogers, AR We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Mohs Surgeon to join our dermatologic surgery team. The ideal candidate will be board-certified in dermatology with fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery. Mohs Surgeon Responsibilities
Perform Mohs micrographic surgery for skin cancer treatment
Interpret histologic slides during surgery to ensure complete cancer removal
Conduct pre-operative evaluations and post-operative follow-ups
Collaborate with dermatologists, pathologists, and plastic surgeons
Educate patients about procedures, risks, and recovery
Stay updated on advancements in dermatologic and Mohs surgery Mohs Surgeon Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
$600k to $700k base salary plus production incentive
Schedule 4-5 days per week Mohs Surgeon Requirements
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
Board certification in Dermatology
Fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery
Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state or region
Proficiency in interpreting frozen section pathology
Strong manual dexterity and surgical precision
