What You'll Do Provide full-service grooming (bathing, haircuts, nail trims, ear cleaning, styling) Perform breed-specific cuts with precision, safety and care Ensure the comfort and well-being of every pet in your care Communicate clearly with pet parents about grooming needs and desired outcomes Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized grooming station. Identify and report any skin, coat, or health concerns you notice. Build strong relationships that encourage repeat clients and referrals. Follow the Woof Gang Way of gentle, high-quality, consistent care! What We're Looking For 1+ year of professional grooming experience (salon or mobile preferred) Ability to groom all breeds, sizes, and coat types Strong animal handling skills and safety awareness Detail-oriented with pride in your work and finished grooms Reliable, positive, and team-oriented attitude Grooming certification is a plus - but skill, safety, and consistency matter most. Ability to commute to Rogers, AR 72758 (Required) Pay Estimated $80,000 - $90,000+ per year (Commission + High Tips) / $1600 avg per week !
