Wound Care and Hyperbaric Opening in Arkansas - Great Work-Life Balance

An established Hyperbaric and Wound Care Center in Rogers, Arkansas, is seeking a full-time Physician to step into a Medical Director role. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a dedicated wound care and hyperbaric medicine team, including three experienced mid-level providers. You'll be part of a comprehensive limb salvage program that collaborates closely with specialists in infectious disease, vascular surgery, cardiology, orthopedics, and general surgery to provide high-quality, team-based patient care. Opportunity:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat new and follow-up patients for wound care Diagnose wounds and underlying conditions using ICD-10 Develop and manage patient care plans in coordination with the broader healthcare team Communicate effectively with patients, families, and referring providers Supervise hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatments Perform advanced wound care procedures (e.g., debridement, grafts)

Qualifications:

Active Arkansas medical license (or eligibility to obtain) HBO certification is required (expenses for training and travel may be covered) Experience in wound care is a plus
