Job Description

We're looking for a compassionate Family Medicine physician to join our team in Buckeye, AZ. This full-time role focuses on delivering comprehensive primary care in a community health setting, serving a diverse patient population with professionalism and empathy. What you'll enjoy Competitive salary and benefits package Paid time off and continuing education opportunities Employer-paid malpractice insurance A collaborative, supportive work environment What you'll do Provide high-quality family medicine care in an outpatient setting Conduct clinical assessments, create treatment plans, and manage both chronic and acute conditions Maintain accurate, policy-compliant medical records Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care What we're looking for Graduate of an accredited medical school Completion of an accredited U.S. Family Practice residency Board certified in Family Medicine Valid Arizona medical license and DEA certificate Current BLS certification Minimum three years' experience in community health Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred (not required) Cultural competency and comfort working with patients from diverse backgrounds Strong clinical knowledge and solid clinical skills Basic computer skills and proficiency in business English, spelling, and punctuation Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with patients, colleagues, and the public Valid Arizona driver's license If you're a dedicated physician committed to delivering excellent care in a community health setting, we'd love to hear from you and welcome you to our team.
