Rheumatology - Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Casa Grande, AZ Optum 401(k) United States, Arizona, Casa Grande Aug 03, 2026 Casa Grande, AZ | Summit Rheumatology Summit Rheumatology is seeking a experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join its growing rheumatology practice in Casa Grande, Arizona. This role offers the opportunity to care for patients with autoimmune and musculoskeletal conditions while working alongside an experienced specialty care team. Position Highlights Outpatient rheumatology practice
Evaluate and manage patients with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions
Collaborative specialty care environment
Established patient population with strong physician support
Opportunity to develop expertise in rheumatology
Monday-Thursday, 7am-5pm

Required Qualifications
Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant licensure
Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Ability to obtain Arizona licensure prior to employment
DEA license or ability to obtain prior to start
Direct Rheumatology experience required Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $109,500 to $164,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
