Job Description

We are seeking a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 120-day assignment in Arizona, commencing Nov 9, 2026. This role involves an 8 AM to 5 PM schedule, focusing on 20-25 pediatric and adult patients daily with low acuity cases. Duties include managing various conditions such as sutures, physicals, wellness checks, high blood pressure, and diabetes within an outpatient family practice and urgent care setting. Responsibilities and Duties See 20-25 pediatric and adult patients daily Manage low acuity patient cases Complete patient charts within 24 hours Perform sutures and physicals Conduct wellness checks Manage chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes Handle urgent care walk-in patients in an outpatient family practice setting Additional Information Board Certification in Family Medicine required
