Required Skills:

Board Certification in Pediatrics (Highly Preferred) Proven experience in pediatric inpatient care Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Nice to

Have Skills:

Experience with newborn care and neonatal management Familiarity with CLIA-waived in-office testing and hospital-based labs and imaging Bilingual abilities a plus

Preferred Education and Experience:

MD or DO with valid medical license to practice in the state Minimum of 2 years of pediatric hospitalist experience Prior experience with rotating call schedules and clinic work

Other Requirements:

Ability to work a fixed schedule: Monday - Thursday , ; Friday Call responsibilities approximately 10 days per month, including weekends Documentation of all overtime and call-back hours Successful completion of background checks, drug screening, and credentialing processes Willingness to participate in rotating call schedules and emergency coverage as needed This role offers an hourly pay rate of $1.00.
